Sony ICD-P28 and Dragon Naturally Speaking 10

I was trying to figure out how I can transcribe my recordings using the software that handles the recorder and Dragon. For those of you that are looking for drivers for the recorder I suggest visiting Sony Digital Voice Editor 3.  Download that program and voila. I checked if my recorder was compatible with Dragon but it was not listed as compatible on Hardware Compatibility. Even a Sound Blaster Audigy SE soundcard isn’t listed as compatible. The other soundcard I have is a Sigma Tel but not sure if is integrated or not. I don’t even know if my recorder is compatible Dragon. I would like to know if  the hardware listed is compatible with Dragon. At least I want to make sure before buying if my recorder is compatible. Does anybody knows if my Sony Recorders is compatible with Dragon?  It is better to be sure because it seems that you have to buy Microsoft Office 2007  to use Dragon. The features of new hardware in comparison with the older ones are the ones that drive people to buy a newer version of the same hardware. That’s why I am a little skeptic of taking the risk. For example, I had an IPod nano 1st generation and I didn’t had some features like playing: cover flow, video, flac or ogg music formats. But if you downloaded the open source Rockbox firmware you got them. Well that's all for now.

Comment of an interview to Hans Kung.

There are lots of things mentioned on this video that I would like to adress.. First is shocking that he says that the pope governs without a cabinet. I am not an expert on the church but is difficult to think that he does not have consultants. The issue with the Muslims is because the quote the pope read about certain emperor. Hans Kung completetely overlooks that and goes on to say that the pope accused of violent people the Muslims. Moreover I read the discourse and what the pope what was criticizing was fideism. Why we use bottled water instead of tap water?

On my country there is a project called Cine Verde or Green Cinema which aim is to communicate information about the environment through eco-friendly movies. I was at the site to check out which movies would be available in future presentations. There were some of them that I did not have heard of, like Tapped . I was wondering why is not for sure that the movie will be available for the presentation date. The fact is that the movie is not available on DVD yet but you can pre order the movie. ¿Cómo ser ambientalista con tu¨printer¨ o impresora¨?

He encontrado dos maneras de ahorrar tinta con mi computadora. La primera fue instalando un ¨font¨ o letra que esta disponible para todos los sistemas operativos (Windows XP, VIsta, GNU/Linux o Mac) . En mi caso la instalé en Ubuntu 8.04. Ahora al truco, que lo puedes encontrar pulsando en Ecofont . ¿En qué consiste el avance? El avance radica en que la letra tiene agugeros. El titulo del font se llama Spranq Eco Sans. Spranc es el nombre de la compañía que lo hizo. No te preocupes, a la letra pequeña no se le notan los agugeros. Sólo utilicé la letra grade para que lo pudieran ver. Vean la primera foto al final. El segundo truco aplica cuando querremos imprimir una página de internet pero terminamos imprimiendola toda, incluso imágenes de anuncions que no deseamos.
